Falcons vs Panthers Odds
NFL Picks and Predictions on this NFL Week 10 Thursday Night Football game between the Atlanta Falcons vs Carolina Panthers.
We had our first week in the red last week after eight straight weeks of profits. The good news is that we’re already off to a great start this week and we just cashed in big on our Wednesday night football game. I’m ready to continue this Thursday Night, so let’s get right into this sports betting analysis.
This Falcons vs Panthers game will kickoff this on November 10, 2022 at 8:20pm et at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte North Carolina.
The NFL odds have the Falcons as a road -2.5 point favorite against the spread and -145 on the moneyline. The over/under is currently at 42.5 total points.
Atlanta Falcons Betting Preview
The Atlanta Falcons come into this matchup 4-5 overall, but still tied with the Tampa Bay Bucs for that top spot in the NFC South. Atlanta got the 20-17 loss on Sunday at home against the Los Angeles Chargers.
In that matchup, Quarterback Marcus Mariota was ineffective going for 12 of 23 completions. Luckily their rush attack came to play and put up over 200 yards, but it still wasn’t enough to get the win.
Atlanta’s offensive lineman Matt Hennessy will miss this game with a knee injury he suffered on Sunday and he’s expected to missed at least four weeks. You should see Colby Gossett replaced him atleast for the upcoming next four games.
The Falcons are 6-3 against the spread in their last 9 games, but 1-5 straight up in their last 6 games on the road. The total has gone over in 4 of Atlanta’s last 5 games against an opponent in the NFC South.
Carolina Panthers Betting Preview
The Carolina Panthers come into this game sitting at the bottom of the NFC South at 2-7 overall. They’ve lost their last two games including getting destroyed on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals 42-21. In that game, the Bengals were ahead 35-0 at half.
They let Cincinnati put up 241 yards on the ground, which included 22 carries for 153 rushing yards from Joe Mixon. If they want any chance to win this game against the Falcons, then they’ll have to stop Cordarrelle Patterson, Tyler Allgeier, and also lock down Marcus Mariotta.
Carolina listed running back Chuba Hubbard questionable for this matchup, but we expect him to play. D’Onta Foreman has been impressive these past few weeks, so look for him to start in this game.
At Quarterback for Carolina, they named PJ Walker as the starter, even though he was benched at halftime on Sunday. I think he’ll have one more shot to stay the starter, since Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield are waiting to take over at any given time.
For my Player Prop Bet tonight, I went ahead and threw 1-Unit on Drake London to go over 34.5 Receiving Yards at the -115 price.
Then text “prop” to 702-850-5854 so I can also give you free access to my biggest player prop bet tonight.
The Panthers 2-9 against the spread in their last 11 games at home. The total has gone over in 5 of Carolina’s last 6 games played in November.
