The Suns in 4 didn’t come to life and even worse, the Bucks did exactly what they needed to do and got this series tied up 2-2 after their 109-103 home win on Game 4 Wednesday Night. Now it’s time for Game 5 and I really think whatever team wins this huge matchup will be the ones that hold up the NBA Championship Trophy, so whoever you like, it’s probably smart to sprinkle a little more action on the series price. Oddsmakers currently have Phoenix at -145 and Milwaukee at +125 to be the 2021 NBA Champions.
The latest Draftkings NBA Odds for Game 5 have the Suns as -170 money line favorites and -3.5 points against the spread. The over/under is at 218 total points.
The NBA betting public is loving Phoenix and has 71% of their money currently behind them as the home favorites.
The story of Game 4 was Khris Middleton dropping 40 points and putting the team on his back to lead them to one of their biggest wins in franchise history. As you guys know if you’ve been following these videos I have a love/hate relationship with Middleton, because he’s won me tons of money including in Game 4, but he’s also cost me a lot of money due to his inconsistency. In the last game, Middleton had 33 shot attempts from the field, where in the first 3 games of this series he only averaged around 18 shot attempts. If he puts up another performance like that, I don’t think the Suns will be able to pull off a victory, but knowing Middleton, it’s doubtful that happens again. For Game 5, Giannis will get Milwaukee the 30+ points and 14 rebounds, but the key will be Jrue Holiday, who’s coming off a horrible performance where he went 4 of 20 from the field and missed all 5 of his 3-point attempts. We expect a bounce back night for Jrue Holiday and our NBA Player Prop of the Day will be released on him, so to get free access to it, just text the number “5” to 702-234-0597 and I’ll directly reply to each and everyone one of your texts.
The Bucks are 0-5 against the spread in their last 5 games when playing on the road against the Suns and the total has gone over in 4 of Milwaukee’s last 6 games.
On the other side of the floor, the Suns have dropped the last two games and now it’s time for Chris Paul to get back locked in and have a huge night. You can expect Devin Booker to come to play and drop 30+ points, but Chris Paul can’t score only 10 points and expect to win the game. If he produces a 20 point and 10 assist night, then Phoenix will be in business to try to close this thing out in Milwaukee in 6. Also role players like and Mikal Bridges and Deandre Ayton can’t combine to score only 13 total points.
The Suns are 7-1 straight up in their last 8 games at home and the total has gone over in 6 of Phoenix’s last 8 games against Milwaukee.
In this Bucks vs Suns Game 5 we’re rolling with the Suns -2 First Half and laying that -110 price.
