On the other side on the mound, the rookie right-hander James Kaprielian will get the start for Oakland. He’s coming off a big win against the Giants last week, where he only gave up one run and 3 hits. Kaprielian is 7-4 overall this season with a 3.25 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP. The Athletics have been playing quite the opposite of the Yankees, now only winning two of their last 10 games played, so this is the perfect opportunity to get a win here and get back on track.
