This is the prime opportunity for the red hot Braves to gain some separation in the NL East if the Mets continue playing like they have been lately.
San Francisco Giants:
The Giants come into this game after getting the 5-3 Sunday Night win against the Rockies and still with the best record in major league baseball.
They’ll have Kevin Gausman set to start in this matchup. Gausman is 11-5 overall this season with an impressive 2.29 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, and 162 strikeouts over 137 innings. The Mets are tenth in the majors as a team when it comes to strike outs, so in this game the over on the total for Gausman’s strikeouts might be a prop bet you sprinkle a little bit on if the number is right.
